We expanded on the number of plugins in our library for ConnectWise Automate and fostered relationships with Piriform and Avast to create and support integrations into Automate for their products. (formerly Corporate Network Services), Poolesville, Maryland My original duties as a tier 3 support engineer included supporting the Computer Information Group (CIG) as the top tier support engineer and internal support systems integrator. I am also responsible for the deployment and management of the systems and services we use to support our customer base. These tools include Labtech, Kaseya and Zenith. I developed and deployed a “Monitor and Graph” (MAG) system across our customer base, this has greatly improved proactive response times to our managed systems when issues arise. In my first year I earned the company’s “Attitude Award” seven times, I earned Employee of the Quarter in October 2010 and Employee of the Year in December 2010. I was integral in the launch of their corporate website which required an engineer that was well versed in LAMP systems and WordPress. I’ve created several webinars and training videos to support the department and processes used to support our customers. My job was to provide all IT services for the company, this included IT expenditures, software and hardware purchases, vendor contacts and 24/7 operations of our NOC. I was responsible for the development and implementation of the hybrid based architecture that supports all the service offerings BTS provides. These duties included managing network security, Design and manage SAN/NAS arrays over ISCSI, designing the VMware Enterprise infrastructure, VOIP phone systems, virtual office environments, all server and desktop OS’s, applications and hardware platforms they run on.
